Forum - Confused about my profile

Hi there. I'm wondering if anyone could help me with my profile I posted a couple here a couple of days ago. Around 150 have checked it and no email? Is it that bad? Have a I said something that would scare would be hobbiests away? I wrote it honestly from the heart and tried to be as careful as possible.

If anyone has time and a heart to help a newbie, could you please look at it and give me feedback as to how I come across? I'd so appreciate it.

it could be your prices

You have to keep in mind that you are not going to appeal to everyones taste some will like you others wont I dont think there is anything with your ad. You will get alot of guys looking like shopping it is getting close to christmas so it is gonna slow down. Just give it time Im sure you will start getting business but it could be a slow process. Keep your head up girl it takes time to build a following and gain client trust.

I see nothing insulting here, Paul. The matter of pricing is a professional issue, I don't see anything offensive in discussing the price here. The higher you set the price the less people will contact you. It doesn't mean that addisonxp suggests to lower the price, just provides the possible reason for the lack of contacts.

Well, maybe I took it in the wrong text. But, if you look at the services that Leslie is offering it is not only to be a companion but a tour guide and personal assistance. It is not just about sex. I considered that to be insuluting.
There are women who advertise for 4 to 5K$ for 24 hours. I'm sure they don't get many responses but, the women who do advertise for 24hr for $2K are, very, reasonalble, in my opinoion.

Leslie made this post back in June about a week after she joined the site. addisonxp posted his comments recently, 6 months later. Her posted hourly rates are not out of line with other escort ads on this site. A recent new escort ad has posted rates of $800/hr, $3000 overnight and $5000 for 24 hrs.

So addisonxp's comment about prices is flippant and an oversimplification at best, and incredibly insensitive at worst. Personally, I find one sentence comments to be completely useless ... because they have no information and because addisonxp is definitely IMPLYING to lower prices which means he is making a VALUE judgement.

Being new to the business at that time, Leslie asked for feedback on her profile ('from the heart'). addisonxp's comment is not constructive feedback and nor is it empathetic. If you want to understand empathy, read Raina's post in this thread.

My advice: If you are not going to provide meaningful, useful, informative, constructive comments, then why bother? Its a waste of everybody's time. I for one, just filter it out as 'noise'.

I will refrain from making a VALUE statement about addisxonxp's comments. Paul is right that this is another aspect of the vigorous discussion in the Forum topic 'Don't Haggle About the Price'.
