Forum - How is a request generally made?

I am brand spanking new (pun intended =P) and have had 2 very different requests.

All that is on my profile for contact is an email..

I got the first message, very long and detailed telling me about himself in depth and confident. Included references on preferred411 and escorts.com

That date is set for the near future...

I also got one tonight which I have declined, it just didnt "feel right." Or it could be just me being a newbie and nervous.

The client is about 1.5 hours from me and just send a very short, very generic message asking me to come to him tonight in his hotel room.

I tried to get a ref or review from him, he doesnt have any because he is a first time client.

Any advice here on either client?

Is the latter more common than the first one? That is sort of an assumption on my part. I am not working with an agency so what do you all do to protect yourselves from LE and just in general creepy guys?

Generally you will get two types of emails one being long full of details and info and the other being very short and too the point. If you are meeting with a first timer you could always meet at a bar for a drink sort of a first meeting and its a great way for both of you two to relax.
Once the meeting is set and you go to the outcall just use your judgement but be calm he is nervous too. If it still doesnt feel right you can always leave.

I didnt end up going to that one, I was just concerned of LE and safety with the short to the point message and references to the acts.

He was probably just fine, but I trusted my gut instinct and declined him.

Next time I will know better.

Does anyone know to block your number on a cell or does it depend on the phone company?

How do you think what in fact let you know he was a LE? Are they so dangerous in your state?
Sorry if my question seems silly but you know there are different laws and different LEs in different countries...

Those guys are always dangerous as you know.

The intuition aka gut instinct is just indispensable here!
Otherwise you have to move to a country where our business isn't outlawed.

I dont know in fact anything that would point it out to 100% but I do know what to look for as far as conversation and that type of thing.

Obviously, if I see I badge lying on the nightstand IM Leaving! lol
