Great question linda In fact ive been wondering the same thing so ladies lets hear the pros and cons. Im mainly interested to see if there are any implants that feel natural not hard as a rock.

It really depends on the money that the person has to spend on implants and, of course, the quality of the surgeron.
I dated one woman who had implants that were soft and supple and I would have never know it if she had not told me. I have also been with two women whose implants were hard as baseballs and felt like they were.
I would believe that women who get the saline implants would look and feel more real but, I don't know. One thing I can't stand is a woman who has implants that make it look like she has balloons on her chest. That's just to much.

hey all, i hear that newer technology is making it easier for woman to get breast enlargements by doing something simple...now i havent really looked into it but i hear that woman can get fat sucked out from a pat of their body(butt,stomach,legs) and have the fat put into her breast..and all without the worry of implants.

I don't like girls with inflated breasts if they look unnaturally.
I also know that some silicone implants can be not fully harmless... I don't know is it true or not but know exactly that they can be looking not always good 8)

I was waiting to see if anyone would answer this. In my experience, a high proportion of escorts have undergone breast augmentation. It is one of the first discretionary investments an escort considers because it definitely increases one's marketability and appeal in this competitive business.

Implants are not hard nor do they go hard. You are referring to a condition called capsular contracture (see link) which may occur. This is when the capsule of fibrous tissue ('scar' tissue) that naturally forms around the implant shrinks and tightens, causing the implant to compress and making it feel firm/hard. In advanced cases, the compression causes the breast to appear "ball-like".


The woman has made this decision --- cosmetic surgeons usually advise against disproportionately large implants. There are men who want this look, and some women cater to it. I worked with a very successful escort who had 44DD implants.

Have those lucky girls been also advised not to do It?

I had thought often years ago about having breast implants; but now it's not the most important thing for me as long as I am taking care of my body inside and out. If for some reason in the next few years if I end up with a lot of money; maybe I will do it. If and when I do; I will be doing all the research I possibly can so that I would not end up with drastic results. I'm still skiddish about all of that though. For now, I will stick to getting into shape and having good health for the rest of my life. I wish for all those deciding to get it done to be careful and have fun!

12pleaseu, haven't you tried any bloodless methods of breast enlargement? Any liniments or botox, for example.
