I Would Love To Someday Learn Martial Arts.

I have always wondered about learning martial arts. I dated a boyfriend some years ago that had some training in it. He had shown me a few moves; but I really didn't take much to do with it then. These days, it's good to know martial arts in order to protect yourself. Also, if you include Tai Chi along with other forms of martial arts; then, it's very good exercise and good for your mental health as well. I know I would love to know more about it; and even at some point get training in it for myself and even my future family as well. It's much needed these days.
